1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Gutter Guy Brisbane or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site.
2. Nature of Services (Matchmaker Model)
We operate a lead-generation and matchmaking platform. We do not perform gutter cleaning or installation work. We connect customers with independent providers who operate under their own ABN, insurance, and licenses. Once contact details are shared, the relationship continues independently of our platform.
3. Payments & Financial Independence
All payments for work are strictly between the customer and the independent provider. We do not accept, process, or hold payments for services. We do not set pricing, dictate payment methods, or issue invoices. Refunds, cancellations, and workmanship disputes are handled directly between both parties.
Providers may receive lead fee refunds or credits only for verified duplicate or system-error cases, at our discretion.
4. ABN Verification & Provider Duties
Providers must hold a valid ABN and required licenses. We verify ABN validity via public data but do not guarantee ongoing compliance or quality. Providers remain responsible for their conduct, insurance, and workmanship.
5. Liability, Warranties & Indemnities
We provide introductions “as-is” without warranties. Gutter Guy Brisbane is not liable for damage, delay, or loss resulting from customer–provider dealings. Users agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their private arrangements.
6. Communication, SMS & Consent
By submitting a request, you consent to communication via SMS or email related to your job. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Providers must contact customers between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM only.
7. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All content, text, and images on this site are the property of Gutter Guy Brisbane. Do not copy, scrape, or misuse content. Users must not post illegal, defamatory, or abusive materials through the site.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate platform access for fraud, abuse, or policy violations without notice. Such action does not limit our rights to recover damages for misuse or data breaches.
9. Governing Law (QLD)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
